Hospitality & Catering
The Hospitality and Catering curriculum intends to:
- Ignite the imagination, inspire creativity and excite students to be passionate about food through a range of both focused and pupil led tasks.
- To develop their practical skills beyond their ability, work as part of a team and understand that their choices of ingredients and processes have a wider social, moral and spiritual implications.
- Prepare students to have the resources to effectively equip them for the challenges of providing themselves and others with sustainable, nutritional and ethical food choices.
